Refund & Cancellation Policy

Introduction

This policy describes the general approach to cancellations, refunds and rescheduling for paid services directly purchased from Lucknow Venue. Venue and third-party vendor bookings may be governed by separate partner terms shared during booking.

Booking Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing with the customer name, booking reference, service details and reason for cancellation. The applicable outcome will depend on service stage, committed costs and agreed terms.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered where a directly purchased service has not started, Lucknow Venue cannot deliver the agreed service, or written service terms specifically allow a refund. Any approved refund may be reduced by completed work, committed third-party expenses and applicable payment charges.

Non-Refundable Services

• Completed consultations, audits, creative work or event coordination.
• Custom work already started or delivered.
• Advertising spend, production expenses and third-party commitments.
• Venue or vendor advances identified as non-refundable.
• Services cancelled after the agreed cancellation deadline.

Refund Process

We will review the request against the written booking or service terms. Supporting information may be requested. If approved, we will confirm the refundable amount and the payment method used for processing.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are generally initiated within 7–14 business days. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the amount appears in your account.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling may be permitted subject to notice, venue or vendor availability and revised pricing. Existing payments may be adjusted toward the new date where the relevant provider agrees.

Exceptional Circumstances

Requests arising from severe weather, government restrictions, medical emergencies or other events beyond reasonable control will be reviewed individually and may remain subject to third-party policies and non-recoverable costs.
